Many programs use a rolling admissions process, meaning applications are reviewed as they are completed rather than waiting until the final deadline.

The CAAPID application fee is separate from any supplemental application fees required by individual schools. Applicants should check the Program Finder for program‑specific costs

Yes. You can submit once all fields are completed, but your application will not be verified until official transcripts and fees are received.

Certain sections, such as optional documents in Program Materials, can be updated after submission.

If you opened an application in a past cycle, you are considered a reapplicant. Documents and information can transfer to the new cycle if you use the same email address.

CAAPID does not have a section for CE courses. Programs may request them separately in Program Materials or supplemental applications.

All college, university, and graduate school transcripts must be submitted.
International transcripts must be evaluated by World Education Services (WES) or Education Credential Evaluators (ECE), depending on program requirements.

Processing times vary, but applicants are advised to apply early in the cycle. A suggested timeline includes researching programs, preparing evaluations, and drafting personal statements at least 3 months before deadlines.
